Product Return/Refund Policies
Shopping at [ Medlink], we will fulfill the need of the customer. We provide products exchange service within 7 days from the date of arrival. If you collect the products with problem, please contact our customer service department for support/help.
If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please contact our customer service department by email within 7 days, we will handle it according to the situation. We will not accept and process the return of products without our approval.
After [ Medlink] received the request for product return, a set of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number with a detailed product return instruction will be given to you. We recommend that you return the products in their original packaging. You must include all accessories, user manuals and any free gifts that came with the product. Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that the Products are kept safe and secure whilst they are in your possession. Please treat the products with reasonable care and return them in a condition that they were delivered to you and please package the products securely.
If you return Products 1) that you are not entitled to return 2) that are not in their original condition, 3) without proper or missing packaging, 4) with Product(s) missing from the return delivery 5) without having paid for the delivery or 6) have otherwise failed to exercise reasonable care when taking care of and returning Products, we reserve the right either to reject your return and decline to refund or to charge you reasonable repair, restocking or other similar direct costs that we have incurred from those payments. Then we will test the product and find out the problem as you described. And we will exchange a new product in same model to you as soon as possible in case of product failure.
We need about 1-2 weeks for processing the returned products. We suggest you use a traceable and insured delivery agent to return the products to us, [ Medlink] will not responsible for any loss during the delivery. If you require us to arrange collection of products from you, delivery charge will be collected.
Delivery/Delivery Charge/Product Return
Customs,Tariff and Taxes
* We are not responsible for the risk of loss if the products detained by the country or region Customs or related department in transit.
* We are not responsible for the risk of the damage by country or region Customs or related department in transit.
* Customer need to pay the tariff and related taxes of the products.
* Any queries about products import, tariff and taxes, customer can contact the related government department directly.
Terms of Product Return
To ensure our customer shopping in [ Medlink] satisfactorily, we provide product return/refund/exchange service if the request conform to our terms.
We accept the followings product return request :
* Damage or failure caused by the manufacturing process. (Not including damage caused in transit!)
* Delivered products to you that not in your order by our mistake.
Return Product Procedure:
* Please contact our Customer Service Department either via email or by telephone as soon as possible (and within 7 working days at the latest) if we have supplied Products to you by mistake, your delivery is not complete or products are damaged or have gone missing in transit.
* We may reject or decline the request for product return/refund after 7 days from the date of arrival.
* After our approval, we will notify you by email and arrange the replacement as soon as possible.
* A detailed product return procedure and a set of RMA number will be given to you by email.
* We will not handle the product return request without our approval.
* The processing time will take about 14 working days.
* Please package the products securely with the original of the invoice and make sure that both the RMA number and the return reason stated on the invoice. We suggest you use a traceable and insured delivery agent to return the products to us, we will not responsible for any loss during the delivery.
* The goods may meet when the customer needs to undertake to reject goods of risk, include to lose goods, damage etc..We are irresponsible among the loss constituted.
* We will deliver the new products in same model to you after receiving the return products and conform to our product return terms.
* The limit of return product delivery charge will be the same as the delivery charge of ordering.
We will examine the reason for the product return, and we will reserve the rights to reject or decline the request for product return/refund.
Legal Authorities
We may disclose user information to government authorities at our discretion. We also may disclose user information when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other Medlink site users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
